1. General Terms

1.1 Agreement

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the customer and Hi Custom Boxes. By using our website, requesting quotations, approving artwork, or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.

1.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to update or revise these terms without prior notice. Updated versions become effective once published on our website.

1.3 Eligibility

Customers must have legal authority to enter into binding agreements. Businesses placing orders on behalf of clients are responsible for ensuring all approvals and permissions are valid.

2. Ordering & Payment

2.1 Order Process

Orders are processed through quotation, artwork approval, production, and dispatch stages. Production begins only after customer approval has been received. Customers must respond to artwork proofs, order queries or approval requests within seven calendar days. Delays caused by a late or missing response will extend the agreed timeline, and Hi Custom Boxes will not be responsible for the resulting delay.

Hi Custom Boxes has no minimum order quantity. Pricing and production options depend on the packaging style, size, material, print finish and quantity required.

2.2 Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in the applicable currency unless stated otherwise.
Shipping, taxes, and custom duties may be excluded from base quotations.
Advance payment may be required for custom production orders.
Late or incomplete payments may delay production timelines.

2.3 Cancellations & Refunds

Before Production

Orders may be cancelled before design or production work begins. Payments will be refunded, less any non-refundable third-party processing fee retained by the card provider, PayPal, Stripe or another payment service.

After Production

Once design, proofing, material preparation or production work has begun, the costs already incurred will be deducted before any remaining refund is issued. Once manufacturing is underway, cancellation or a refund may not be available for completed custom work.

3. Products & Delivery

3.1 Product Specifications

All packaging products are manufactured according to approved artwork, dimensions, materials, and specifications provided during the ordering process.

Final production output may vary slightly depending on substrate, coating, and printing methods.

3.2 Delivery Terms

Standard Delivery

Standard production and courier delivery normally takes 7–10 working days after final artwork approval.
Tracking may be provided where available.
Transit delays outside our reasonable control may occur.

Express Delivery

Express production and courier delivery normally takes 5–7 working days after final artwork approval.
Express service may include additional costs and depends on order specifications and courier availability.
Courier guarantees remain subject to external conditions.

3.3 Risk & Title

Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch or confirmed delivery, depending on the shipping arrangement agreed during the order process.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Customer Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring they hold legal rights to all submitted logos, graphics, trademarks, and artwork used during production.

Hi Custom Boxes accepts no liability for copyright or trademark disputes resulting from customer-supplied artwork or branding assets.

4.2 Company Intellectual Property

Website content, graphics, layouts, branding, and design elements remain the intellectual property of Hi Custom Boxes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4.3 Design Services

Custom design work may remain part of our internal portfolio or showcase materials unless confidential restrictions are agreed beforehand.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

5.1 Data Collection

We may collect customer information including contact details, billing information, shipping details, and communication records.

5.2 Data Usage

5.3 Data Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect customer information from unauthorised access or misuse.

6. Liability & Dispute Resolution

6.1 Limitation of Liability

Hi Custom Boxes shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from courier delays, third-party actions, or events beyond reasonable operational control.

Liability related to defective products may be limited to repair, replacement, or refund where legally permitted.

6.2 Quality Guarantee

Customers should inspect delivered products promptly and report any concerns within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

7. Additional Terms

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, shipping interruptions, strikes, or events outside reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws and regulations within the operating jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision becomes unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These terms represent the complete agreement relating to use of services and packaging orders.
