Orders are processed through quotation, artwork approval, production, and dispatch stages. Production begins only after customer approval has been received.

Minimum order quantities may apply depending on packaging style, material selection, print finish, and production requirements.

2.2 Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are quoted in the applicable currency unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping, taxes, and custom duties may be excluded from base quotations.
  • Advance payment may be required for custom production orders.
  • Late or incomplete payments may delay production timelines.

2.3 Cancellations & Refunds

Before Production

Orders may be cancelled before approved production begins. Administrative or design costs may still apply.

After Production

Once manufacturing has started, cancellations or full refunds may no longer be available due to custom production processes.

3. Products & Delivery

3.1 Product Specifications

All packaging products are manufactured according to approved artwork, dimensions, materials, and specifications provided during the ordering process.

Final production output may vary slightly depending on substrate, coating, and printing methods.

3.2 Delivery Terms

Standard Delivery

  • Standard manufacturing timelines apply.
  • Tracking may be provided where available.
  • Transit delays outside our control may occur.

Express Delivery

  • Priority production may include additional costs.
  • Faster shipping depends on courier availability.
  • Courier guarantees remain subject to external conditions.

3.3 Risk & Title

Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch or confirmed delivery, depending on the shipping arrangement agreed during the order process.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Customer Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring they hold legal rights to all submitted logos, graphics, trademarks, and artwork used during production.

Hi Custom Boxes accepts no liability for copyright or trademark disputes resulting from customer-supplied artwork or branding assets.

4.2 Company Intellectual Property

Website content, graphics, layouts, branding, and design elements remain the intellectual property of Hi Custom Boxes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4.3 Design Services

Custom design work may remain part of our internal portfolio or showcase materials unless confidential restrictions are agreed beforehand.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

5.1 Data Collection
