We make motorcycle parts boxes that actually fit what you’re posting. From heavy brake discs to delicate ECUs, every box gets built around your part. Stock sizes rarely work for bike spares, so we do everything custom size, board grade, print, even anti-static liners. They arrive flat, pack out fast, and stop returns before they happen.
Most motorcycle parts boxes fail for two reasons. They’re either too tight, crushing corners and tearing at the seams, or too big, leaving your part bouncing around in a sea of void fill. We’ve opened enough returns to know.
That’s why we stopped offering off-the-shelf sizes. Instead, we start with your part. Give us the dimensions, weight, whether it’s going on a shelf or into a courier van, and we’ll design packaging that actually does the job.
Couriers don’t treat parcels gently. Anyone who’s sent a set of fork stanchions knows the anxiety. You tape them up, hand them over, and pray.
Our heavy-duty bike parts shipping cartons use double-wall corrugated board as standard for anything over 2kg. That’s the stuff with two fluted layers sandwiched between three liners. Proper rigid board. Drop a brake caliper in one, and the box holds its shape even when the courier stacks a transmission on top.
For engine components — cylinder heads, crankcases, camshafts — we sometimes go triple-wall. That’s serious board. You could stand on it. We’ve had customers ship complete bottom ends across Europe in these without a single damage claim.
What makes it work isn’t just the board grade though. It’s the fit. A well-designed box grips the part at the right points. We add die-cut foam inserts, corrugated cradles, or tuck-in flaps that lock everything in place. No movement means no impact damage. Simple physics, but most packaging suppliers miss it.
Static’s a silent killer for electrical parts. CDI units, ECUs, regulator rectifiers — they’re expensive, and they don’t survive even a small discharge. We learned this the hard way watching a customer lose a batch of ignition modules to standard bubble wrap.
Our anti-static packaging for electrical components uses pink foam, metallised bags, and conductive board liners depending on sensitivity. It bleeds charge away gradually rather than letting it arc into the component. We’ve been supplying this to shops rebuilding alternators and starter motors for years. It just works.
For metal engine parts, the enemy’s moisture. Bare steel flash-rusts inside cardboard if there’s any humidity. We use VCI paper — volatile corrosion inhibitor. It releases a vapour that settles on the metal and blocks oxidation. Wrapping a freshly machined cylinder bore in VCI before it goes into the box means it arrives as clean as it left the hone.
Plain brown parcels are forgettable. You spend hours prepping a part, polishing ports, checking tolerances, and it arrives looking like something from a liquidation sale. That’s not the signal you want to send.
We print everything in-house — flexo, litho, and digital. Flexo’s great for bold logos and simple designs on kraft. Litho gives you proper full-colour graphics on white-top board for rigid cardboard boxes for aftermarket parts. That’s the stuff Formula 1 teams and premium restorers use. Digital’s perfect for short runs with variable data, like batch numbers.
A workshop in Leeds ordered 500 boxes for their branded motorbike parts mailing boxes. Black outer with a subtle gloss logo, foam insert shaped exactly to their reconditioned calipers, and a strip of paper tape with their Instagram handle. They told us return rates dropped because customers felt like they’d bought something premium before even opening the box. That’s what packaging does when you get it right.
Storage matters too. Parts sitting on shelves need boxes that don’t sag, crush, or collect dust. Our wholesale bike parts storage containers are designed with flat bottoms and reinforced sidewalls. They stack without collapsing, and we can add thumb holes, tear strips, or tuck-top lids for easy access.
A breaker we supply keeps hundreds of used carbs in stock. They used to get lost in plastic tubs. Now each one sits in a die-cut corrugated tray that slides into a shelf-ready carton. Part number on the front. No rummaging, no damage, no time wasted.
Cardboard’s already pretty good on sustainability, but we take it further. Our board stock is FSC-certified. We water-based inks and starch adhesives — no solvents, no laminates that can’t be recycled. For eco-friendly motorcycle spare packaging, we use single-material constructions that go straight into the paper bin.
We’ve had customers specifically ask us to print “This box is 100% recyclable” on the bottom, and their buyers notice. It’s a small thing, but in forums and Facebook groups, people talk about who packs their spares properly and who doesn’t.
Every order works the same way. You send us a part or a drawing. We measure it, select board grade, design the box structure — crash-lock bottom, four-corner tray, mailer style, whatever works. We send you a flat sample. Once approved, production runs in 7–10 working days for most orders.
Minimums depend on print method. Digital starts at 50 units. Litho makes sense above 1,000. We ship anywhere in the UK, usually on pallets for bulk orders.
Send us your part details — size, weight, what it’s worth, where it’s going — and we’ll spec packaging that stops damage, cuts returns, and leaves a proper impression. No minimums on plain boxes, and we’re happy to talk through options if you’re not sure what you need.

Yes. We design around the part, not the other way round. Awkward shapes just need clever gluing and fold patterns.
Flat, always. Easier to store, cheaper to ship. Most designs pop up in seconds.
Double-wall corrugated as standard. Triple-wall available if you’re shipping engine blocks or gearbox internals.
Yes. FSC-certified board, water-based inks, no plastic laminates unless you specifically ask. Most go straight in household recycling.
Full production runs ship within 8–10 working days after approval.
Standard. Pink foam, conductive board, metallised bags — whatever your component needs to survive transit.

Been through three suppliers who all sent me standard sizes. Hi Custom actually measured my parts first. Boxes come flat, pack out dead easy, and not one crushed corner in six months. Proper job.
